| Confidentiality: All customer information will be kept strictly confidential. We will not sell, loan, or
give customer information to any entity not directly affiliated with the Decorative Treasures. Payment: Payment for orders is expected within 10 days of submitting the order. After 10 days, any order for which payment has not been received may be returned to open stock. We will make every effort to contact the customer prior to canceling an order. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are welcome. Your credit card information will be handled through our secure server PayPal bank and will not be accessible except to the authorized Decorative Treasures Web Administrator and Sales Manager. Personal Checks: Payment by personal check is welcome under the following conditions: 1. checks must be for monies drawn from a U.S. Bank. 2. checks must be pre-printed (no "counter" checks please) with the customer's name and address. 3. Orders will be shipped after the check clears the bank. 4. Checks should be mailed to Decorative Treasures, PO Box 832, Ponderay, ID 83852-0832, USA. Make checks payable to Decorative Treasures. ** note that orders will not be shipped until checks clear the bank. Money Orders: Money orders are welcome but must be for U.S. Dollars. Shipping: Orders will normally be shipped within 72 hours, customer or personalized orders usually be shipped 4-7 business days. If there is any reason to delay shipping, you will be notified via e-mail. Damaged Shipments: All shipments will be insured against non-delivery and breakage. If you receive a package with damaged contents: 1. SAVE the damaged item(s), the packaging material and original box. We will need this to process an insurance claim.within 10 business days from the date an order is placed. 2. Contact us as soon as possible at dtgstore@excite.com so we are aware of the problem. We will then tell you how to proceed. 3. In most cases you will be asked to take the original package and the contents to your local Post Office and fill out the "Receiver" portion of an insurance claim form. 4. The Post Office will take possession of the packing material and damaged goods. Returns and Refunds: All purchases are subject to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any item, please return it in original condition within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Any item that proves to be not as described or that has inherent flaws due to improper manufacture may be returned at any time under the following conditions: 1. Contact the Decorative Treasures for a return authorization. Please call 208-265-0698 or send Email at dtgstore@excite.com. 2. Package the item securely to avoid breakage during shipment. 3. Return the item to the Decorative Treasures along with a written description of the problem and any requested remediation. 4. We will do our best to offer: a refund, exchange, repair, or credit for all legitimate returns. Items that have been damaged due to accident, neglect, acts of God, children, or pets are not returnable. International Orders: We are happy to serve our international customers. Please contact our customer service staff. International shipping charges will be calculated based on the value, weight, destination, and shipping method of the order. A quote for international shipping charges will be e-mailed to you. After confirming acceptance of the order including shipping charges, we will process the order.
